Journeyman is an online home service platform that connects skilled tradespeople, such as electricians or plumbers, with customers who need home repairs or improvements

As the administrator of an online home service platform, it is difficult to efficiently manage and monitor the platform and its users. Journeyman wanted to build an online home service admin dashboard platform where they can manage service providers, and customers, manage appointments, manage payments, and customer services.

When creating a dashboard product for online home service, there are several key requirements that should be considered:

• User management: The dashboard should allow for easy management of service providers and customers, including the ability to approve new users, view and edit user profiles, and track performance metrics.

• Appointment scheduling: The dashboard should provide tools for managing and scheduling appointments, including the ability to view upcoming appointments, manage cancellations and rescheduling, and track appointment history.

• Payment processing: The dashboard should provide tools for processing payments, viewing payment history, and managing refunds.

• Platform settings: The dashboard should allow for easy management of platform settings, such as pricing, taxes, and branding.

• Performance analytics: The dashboard should provide tools for tracking performance metrics and user engagement, and analyzing user behavior to gain insights and make informed decisions.

• Customer service management: The dashboard should provide tools for responding to customer inquiries and complaints, managing customer support tickets, and providing customer service.

• Accessibility and ease of use: The dashboard should be easy to navigate, with a user-friendly interface and clear instructions.

• Security: The dashboard should be secure and protect sensitive information, such as customer and provider data, and financial information

• Scalability: The dashboard should be able to handle a large volume of data and users and easily expandable for future growth.

• Integration with other tools: The dashboard should integrate with other tools such as CRM, payment gateways, and analytics tools.

We have created a user-centered design that should be designed with the user in mind, taking into account the needs and goals of both service providers and customers. 

We have created a dashboard with a clean and modern design, with a clear and consistent layout, an easy-to-use interface, and simple navigation. It is also optimized for mobile devices and responsive to different screen sizes

We have added features for managing and monitoring service providers and customers, including the ability to approve new users, and view and edit user profiles. It also includes tools for managing and scheduling appointments, including the ability to view upcoming appointments, manage cancellations and rescheduling, also track appointment history.

We have created the job list page, customers list page, journeyman list page and helpers list page, admin can create, assign, edit, and delete job work as per the needs.

We have created a registration and login page for customers and service providers so they can create accounts and log in to access the platform's features.

We have given different access to different users, such as service providers, customers, and admins.

We created a service provider page so they can create and manage their own profiles, including information such as their skills, experience, certifications, and availability.

The Product has search bar features so users can search and get instant results as per their requirements.

Added service booking and scheduling page so customers can search for and book service providers, view available appointment times, and schedule appointments.
