Intralink is a transportation service company that provides a wide range of cab booking services across the globe. They have different types of pickup and drop facilities and all the necessary features and options that are required in the transportation service company.

Intralink wants to build a booking admin panel for the customers and admin so they can track the booking list and manage the customer requirements, It must have login features, the ability to manage and track customers, drivers, and other users, including adding, editing, and deleting user information and features like assign and manage drivers to specific bookings, track the status of bookings, and view driver locations in real-time. 

Without the wireframe and any clue from the client, we had to create the design of the product so we understood and created the design as per the features the client wanted to add.

  • We have understood the needs and goals of the administrator and designed the panel to meet their specific needs.

  • We have added different types of service features when booking the transport cab, like point-to-point pickup, from specific location pickup or drop, adding stops in between the journey, etc.

  • We have created a landing page where customer can book their transport and added multiple options like pickup point, drop point, number of passengers, and luggage count. Customers can also select a different type of vehicle as per their needs. 

  • We have created the booking list page so the admin can track and manage the booking.

  • We have given a feature to add create delete users and booking lists to the admin. 

  • We have designed the whole product as per market standards and color combinations.

  • We have integrated the Google Maps API so customers can easily track location and details.

  • We have tested all the features from the End user's point of view, solving any issues that may occur when they are used in real-time.
